The Refer a Friend scheme is open to existing Bristol Street Motors customers who can invite as many friends and family as they would like. To be eligible to sign up as a friend you must confirm you are not an existing customer (no purchases made from Bristol Street Motors or any business in the Vertu Motors Group within the last two years) or an active prospect (no live vehicle enquiries from the Vertu Motors Group) of Bristol Street Motors.

Vertu Motors Group colleagues and their immediate family members are not able to participate in the scheme.

No. You must be referred by someone who has purchased a vehicle or vehicle service from Bristol Street Motors.

If the person you refer has already been referred by another person, we will use whichever referral invitation is used first for registration to the scheme. Only one registration is allowed per person so referees will not be able to sign up using two separate invitations.

The reward for both the customer and the friend is a £75 VEX Gift Card. The VEX Gift Card is redeemable at over 150 top retail brands.

The rewards will be sent out electronically within 28 working days of the referee taking delivery of their vehicle.

We are sure you'll be happy with your new purchase but if you do need to return your vehicle within the 14-day money back guarantee period then both the customer and friend will no longer be eligible to receive the reward.

No. The Bristol Street Motors Refer a Friend scheme is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

By signing up to the scheme as a referee, you consent to being contacted by Vertu Motors Group to discuss your vehicle needs. Your data will not be used for any purposes outside of the Refer a Friend scheme. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Vertu Group Privacy Policy.

Vertu Motors Plc is a leading automotive retailer operating dealership across the UK. Vertu Motors plc trades under the names of Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors, and/or Vertu Motors. Your referral will be valid in any of these participating brands.

Once the referee has taken delivery of their vehicle your rewards will be sent out within 28 working days. These will be distributed by Voucher Express on behalf of Vertu Motors Group.
